I am Trevor Johnston, I am currently attending Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems. During my studies I have focused a great deal on cartography and GIS modeling. I am a perfectionist, and the work I do is driven by my strong attention to detail, my critical thinking skills, and a growing eye for design. Recently, I've been recognized with the ESRI Canada GIS Scholarship award.

 

I enjoy playing and coaching ultimate (frisbee), watching the Winnipeg Jets, socializing with friends, playing board games, all things Star Wars, and relaxing around a campfire with family and friends. 

 

In the future I would like to have a career with a reputable employer, doing work that challenges me, and that I enjoy. In my personal life, I would like to raise a family, tour with one of Winnipeg's competitive ultimate teams, and to take my parents on a trip to Hawaii.
